By definition, a supernatural paranormal phenomenon is an event that defies explanation in terms of the typical human experience. In other words, it is something that science can't explain; at least not yet.
The paranormal field is a mysterious one, full of things like the disembodied spirits which decides to communicate with, and haunt the living, the incredible power of the human mind and will, amazing lights that appear in the middles of no where, and other things that science can not explain. Perhaps you've experienced a taste of the paranormal yourself. Have you ever thought you heard a voice, only to turn and find no one is there? Some people explain this away as an auditory hallucination, but what if it's contact from a world just beyond our usual reach? Maybe you once thought you saw something out of the corner of your eye, but the moment you focused on it, whatever it was simply vanished. Nearly all of us have had that feeling of being watched from time to time. There must be some reason for it, right?
The main reason why we study the paranormal, is to get closer to the truth. We want to learn as much about this paranormal phenomenon in order to better understand it. Our quest is to seek out allegedly haunted locations, authenticate evidence of ghosts, research ghost stories, sightings and conduct investigations into paranormal activity.
As it may have already occurred to you, a supernatural paranormal experience generates far more questions than it could possibly answer. Most of us have our own paranormal phenomenon stories that we can tell over and over and still tell it to the T as if it was the first time saying it.
All of the team members here with W.P.A. wish to learn more about this phenomenon as well as to help others better understand what they might be experiencing. We are not experts in any way nor do we claim to be.
